Can a claim for Arbeitslosengeld II be made in institutions or prisons?

People, accommodated in inpatient facilities or prisons are, in principle, excluded from the benefits provided under SGB II. However, exceptions apply to individuals who are likely to be accommodated in a hospital or a medical rehabilitation facility for less than 6 months, as well as, to such accommodated in inpatient facilities and employed under the usual conditions of the general labor market of at least 15 hours per week.
